Podcast: The sermon by KMUCC member Dave Parker presented on Sunday, August 25, 2019

“Last fall, Cindy and I took an incredible trip to South Africa… Later in December, we took another vacation to Charleston, South Carolina… At some point this past year I mentioned to Jeannie that we had visited both places; South Africa with its history of racism, apartheid, and the ugly history of the ruling white minority; and Charleston where the first shots of the Civil War were fired at Fort Sumpter, and slavery was alive in our country, front and center. The comparison between the two countries and their history of racism were very obvious and apparent.”
